Keep your eye fixed on Lord, Walk above your problems

Life is full of problems, this is what we have defined ourselves based on what we see and face. We think every problem we see is unique to us... Bible says there are no temptations and problems around us that are new; it’s just that we receive it in a new package. In the midst of our so called problems we tend to look out for the best and only effective solution. Keep your eye fixed on Lord, Walk above your problems. We can see about this in the following bible verse...

And we, who with unveiled faces all reflect the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his likeness with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.
2 Corinthians 3:18

Dual Authorized Blessing

Cheque...There are some cheque which require dual signature to make it a valid document. Even if one cheque gets missed the document automatically gets valid. Any amount, any figure mentioned on the cheque with such a situation stays void till the next sign is also made available on it. This is a very common and logic way to make sure the amount is send out with the approval of both the responsible entities. The responsibility towards the amount and the confidence that its been used for the right purpose is also clarified before the authorization is given out.

Teaching on Romans Road

Romans Road or Road to Romans are the teaching based on the book of Romans. There are many verse within this that can be taken up as a path to be followed to get salvation. I specially like this for the simplicity, although Bible is a simple book to read and understand if we have faith on the words... especially the following verses which will be highlighted as part of the Road to Romans or Romans Road.

Very simple yet powerful verses... Following 3 verses helps us summarize what the Book of Romans is trying to say to us about our life, what we are and the salvation.. how to get it.

The first step in the "Romans Road" or "Road to Romans"
for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God... [Romans 3:23]

Who was Paul the Apostle

Paul the Apostle a Christian missionary was the native of Tarsus, the capital city in the Roman province of Cilicia. He was the one who took the gospel of Christ to world. In his early ages he was very zealous of the Christians and had persecuted many of the early followers of Jesus and even violently tried to destroy the newly-forming Christian churches. In the letters he wrote he described himself as "a servant of Christ Jesus" and a one called to be an apostle or set apart for the gospel of God. This was the same person who after having a conversation and vision of God, changed his life and later he founded several churches in Asia Minor and Europe. Paul's Jewish name was "Saul" which means "asked for" or "prayed for". Before the conversion to Christ, he had been known and refereed under this name of "Saul". After the conversion to Christ which can be found in the book of Acts, we can see him being referred as Paul.

Born in Tarsus, the capital city in the Roman province of Cilicia.
Died in Rome

Heritage - for you are all ONE in Christ Jesus

One in Christ Jesus, what a great revelation. In Jesus Christ everyone are same, there is no gender different, language, profile.. no difference. We with our human and carnal nature may see the difference which usually is made by us for our benefits and to build our SELF and have a place for us and our dear ones. But with Jesus its different, we are all same with no difference.

There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is no male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus. [Galatians 3:28]

Perfect Father... Perfect Son... Perfect Relationship

God sent me... Its what Jesus said about himself in the Bible verse. This is where we him ignore his SELF and believe and acknowledged the one who had sent him to this world. This also help us know God the father who had send Jesus. This is a very clear description and picture of a perfect father and a perfect son. Father send his son with an aim and son follows that without any complain and on the contrary acknowledge father purpose and aim in send his son. Jesus shows his obedience and love to his father, which make him say this text.

Jesus said to them, “If God were your Father, you would love me, for I have come here from God. I have not come on my own; God sent me. [John 8:42]

Human anger does not produce the righteousness of God - Book of James Series 9

Wrath or anger had always been the cause of destruction and problem. Let it be a family, office, friends, relations, partners, community, country everywhere this emotion had only brought problems. Anger has two aspects, one of it is the anger against wrong where we energize and revolt to make sure we destroy the cause of the issues. This could be a small problem or misunderstanding in our lives, or something going wrong against someone. This is called Human Anger. Here the anger is taken through a controlled phase where we find the issue, but the sad part is that this is usually not the kind of anger see around. The kind of emotion that we see accompanies immoral words, fight... moving into more severe scenarios causing damage to property and life.

For the wrath of man worketh not the righteousness of God. [James 1:20]

Every good gift is from God above - Book of James Series 8

Gifts, if we arrange a party or a gathering to celebrate an achievement, we tend to receive gifts as a token of appreciation and a way to make us aware that people coming are part of the celebration. Gifts we all like, and with gifts we always expect to receive a good gifts. No one will ever expect a bad or a dangerous gift, its better not to receive any gift instead. Secondly we can see a pattern in us with respect to gifts.

Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning. [James 1:17]

We give gift based on the person and their life and family status. Based on the details, the gift and its value gets changed. This is not a unique but a general trend across everyone. As we give and take gifts there is one special person whom we tend to forget. He had been there from the start of the world and had been giving our gits and blessing to everyone. Sometimes we acknowledge and other time we forget, or we at times take it for granted, and hence no appreciation back. Many of the gifts that we receive from him are unexpected and not every time accompanies a physical reference.

Heritage from the Lord

Heritage… we all have one attached with us in our life which is usually what we inherit from our father, and he from his father. This heritage is something we receive and enjoy only after there is a written concern prepared from our Father to us. We receive our share of heritage based on our relationship and behavior with our parents. Let’s see about one similar heritage that has been provided to us. How can we receive it and how should we take care of this heritage. The source of this heritage is from our Heavenly Father, who had provided this heritage to all of us. It how we receive and accept this makes the difference. To prove this and to see what this heritage is, let’s see a verse from Bible:

Behold, children are a heritage from the Lord, the fruit of the womb a reward. [Psalm 127:3]

As the word of God says, children are the heritage from Lord, and it’s the reward which women receive. Rewards are always precious especially when it’s from our heavenly father, who had created all of us. For a woman, motherhood is undoubtedly the most precious blessings that a woman can ever receive in her life.

Devil is not a creator but can only pervert...

Satan is all famous for creating problems in our lives. The sickness, financial issues, world economy issues, accidents, natural calamities... all the credits goes to Satan. Done we think we are giving a lot of credit to someone who does not deserve. He is good in deception and this is one of his biggest deception to make us know that he is the creator of all wrong around us... The actual fact is not what we had been having in our mind till date. Satan cannot create anything.... instead all what he can do is "pervert" which means alter (something) from its original course, meaning, or state to a distortion or corruption of what was first intended.

Satan can and only can approach us in of the follow three ways... [1 John 2:16]

  1. Lust of the Flesh - Base for this is Flesh
  2. Lust of the Eyes - Base for this are our Eyes
  3. Pride of Life - Base for this is our life, nature and behavior

Colors of Life (Kids and Children Ministry)

COLOR mean a lot in our life. We like some colors and few others would get us irritated. Colors also talk a lot about life. How each color gives a message to us without any text or sound attached, is really a great thing. Like everyone else, kids and children like colors and to be more accurate, they like colors more than us. The simplicity through which they see and use it to express their thought makes us go amazed.

We use colors around text and message to make sure we highlight the message correct as we want to the readers. for example a red color can make the message little harsh or important among the other text around it.

This effort is made to help them know about the love of God and who is God for us in our lives through the color around them. Hope this will be a blessing to many to come to Lord.

Be Transformed by the renewing of your mind

Transformed means to change, to have a difference from others. In this verse we can see two option for us to select, one in which we are now and the other is what we can have if we make our mind. One that which we have is of the world, which have its own set of attractions and downfalls... is that we are born into and live in. One that we can have is through our effort and hard work and a mind set for a change to happen in us. One we get by default, that other we choose to obtain. Each has its own set of outcomes, one is instant and the other a little slower to be revealed.

Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind
[Romans 12:2]

We with our mind and nature are more attracted to the patters and plans of this world, which tends to make us more attracted to it. This can only lead to temporary happiness and excitement

O simple ones... repent and listen to the warnings

Simple Ones... Book of Proverbs is talking about the lives of the people who are simple... or people who are very open to be trapped by the devil to their lives. These people love to be simple and be always in the range of attack and temptation from devil. This verse also talks about scoffers (someone who eats food rapidly and greedily), who delight in scoffing, and also about fools (self-confident) who hate knowledge and never accept the fact that there is something that they can learn. The 3 scenarios which had been highlighted in this verse are not considered as a sin by many but are actually routes to reach similar sinful and evil life. Like it’s said that anything in excess is not good, same way this habit in excess creates the issue. Let’s see these 3 quickly with real life incidents and examples.

How long, O simple ones [open to evil], will you love being simple? And the scoffers delight in scoffing and [self-confident] fools hate knowledge? If you will turn (repent) and give heed to my reproof, behold, I will pour out my spirit upon you, I will make my words known to you.
[Proverbs 1:22-23]

Ask in complete faith, with no wavering or doubting - Book of James Series 7

Ask and you receive. The context of this verse is in continuation to the earlier verse which says "If any of you is deficient in wisdom, let him ask of the giving God [Who gives] to everyone liberally and ungrudgingly, without reproaching or faultfinding, and it will be given him." In the earlier post I had already explained the context and the details of this particular verse where it’s asking those who feel they are deficient in wisdom and they will receive. Ask and you receive. This is a very simple text to read and understand but to receive it in our life we have to check and understand the base verse of this post. The first step as per Bible (Word of God) to receive wisdom is for us to ASK, and the next step is from God, who gives …, to everyone liberally and ungrudgingly, without reproaching or faultfinding. There is no discrimination of being a pastor or a members or a normal person.

Only it must be in faith that he asks with no wavering (no hesitating, no doubting). For the one who wavers (hesitates, doubts) is like the billowing surge out at sea that is blown hither and thither and tossed by the wind. For truly, let not such a person imagine that he will receive anything [he asks for] from the Lord,
[James 1:6-7]

Wisdom...? Ask and you you will it liberally - Book of James Series 6

Ask and it will be given what a good thought to hear and adopt. If we ask this to anyone around us, we are sure to see a great happiness around them. If this is what we have in mind then let me tell you that there are many in this world who would not be surprised when we ask them this question probably they may not yet react to our question. These kind of people don't believe in receiving what they ask, secondly when we ask they wont be sure if they will get or not. They might take it for granted or probably take us as a person who is out there to make fun. I assume many around us also have a same view about this verse and doubt how can we get anything liberally and without reproaching or faultfinding, just by asking.

If any of you is deficient in wisdom, let him ask of the giving God [Who gives] to everyone liberally and  without reproaching or faultfinding, and it will be given him.
[James 1:5]

There are many who would know this and the meaning about this verse, but still they would not have experienced this verse and its context in their life in its complete sense. All these we see because first we have not understood this verse completely and secondly once we understand we should implement and practice it in our lives.

Be still and wait patiently for him to act

Be still in the presence of the LORD, and wait patiently for him to act. Don't worry about evil people who prosper or fret about their wicked schemes.
[Psalm 37:7]

Planning is what we do immediately when we are in a problematic situation, we think we can take care of the situation. We think of examples which other would have done in a similar situation to be safe. We don't try to think if that was a good or a wrong way. Since they were safe or successful with their plans and ideas we assume it will work for us also. There are two possibilities that will happen, one we may loose or be unsuccessful and eventually make us go against God and think why is he not helping us. The other option is we may be making ourselves safe by those plans and here we will get an opportunity to boost ourselves and be more confident on us and our ways. Doesn't matter we always want us to be in the safe place, and never give glory to God for his work and support.

Perfect, Fully Developed and Lacking in Nothing - Book of James Series 5

But let endurance and steadfastness and patience have full play and do a thorough work, so that you may be [people] perfectly and fully developed [with no defects], lacking in nothing.
[James 1:4]

First let me remind you that these texts are not made up from nowhere but verses taken from Gods Word (The Bible). So what is being shared is actually told to us from God either through come prophets or at times directly. The book of James is written by the brother (in earth) of Jesus Christ. Message he is saying is through the revelation he got from God and Christ Lord. so when he is saying that endurance, steadfastness and patience makes us a perfectly and fully developed, lacking in nothing, there should be no doubt on any aspect of this verse or the message conveyed. These three nature or behavior or attitude (endurance, steadfastness and patience) comes as we stand firm on our faith during our trials and temptation. This natures that we will attain as we go through life will make us a complete and perfect individuals.

These three are all interlinked but has their own meaning and scope. Out of these three I believe patience is the most important as to prove our faith on a God who is not visible and his work may not be visible immediately even though he would have finished his work in us.

Returns of Proving our Faith - Book of James Series 4

Be assured and understand that the trial and proving of your faith bring out endurance (staying power, survival) and steadfastness (dedication, faithfulness) and patience..
[James 1:3]

Trials in life are not something that we will ever desire, but we have to be sure that there will be trials in life and that this is from Devil to make us weak. As we have read in the earlier post, we have to be joyful during trials because we have a god who is with us to keep us safe and to take us out of any kind of situation made by Devil. To achieve this there has to be a great change made to us and the way we think and act. Above all we have to have faith, which is the most important thing we should posses as we go through trials. Faith that we have a living God, faith that he is there with us always, faith that he will never do anything bad for us or against us, faith that he is a God who listens and comes for our rescue, faith that we will be safe on any kind of situation, faith that even if we don't see a physical revelation we believe God is in his work and he will rescue us and heal us.

Be Joyful during Trials - Book of James Series 3

This verse is talking about temptation and trials that come across our lives and how bible tells us through this verse to have an attitude to overcome this situation is important to be see and observed. Three significant words can be taken from this verse... which are joyful or joy, encounter of face and various or many. If we try to read this in a more simple language it can be read as... "We will experience and encounter, many trials and temptations in our life, and during all these times when we are facing such trials and temptation we should have a joyful attitude and face it boldly and happily." The first obvious question that we will ask is how can one be happy and joyful when he is facing trials and temptations. The answer to it is the easy as same as we ask this question. Its just that we don't want to accept the fact, of it being so simple. Let me explain you these details which can help you know how can you be happy in your trials.

Consider it wholly joyful, my brethren, whenever you are enveloped in or encounter trials of any sort or fall into various temptations.
[James 1:2]

Let's first see what we usually do when we are in a situation of trial. We take all our effort and knowledge to plan our way out. This can be either a good and sincere way or may be a incorrect or immoral way, just to make sure we come out those trials at the earliest.

Servant of God and Lord Jesus - Book of James Series 2

James, a servant of God and of the Lord Jesus Christ, To the twelve tribes scattered among the nations: Greetings.
[James 1:1]

James brother of Jesus Christ, Savior and Redeemer, considered him as a servant of God and of Lord Jesus Christ. This first verse itself tells about the nature of James and how he considered him when compared to God and Lord Jesus Christ. Let me repeat .. Jesus Christ was the brother of James who wrote the Book of James. Brother of the Lord considering and presenting himself as his servant  When representing a servant does not meant a literal servant (physically) but as nature ... Yes. What is the nature of a servant  They submit themselves completely yo their master. They obey what his/her master commands and will get appreciation and remuneration as and what his mater provides. Servant has to make sure he takes care of the things which his master owns around the place where he works. Master has to glorify his master always and never consider him above or even equal to his master in skills, knowledge or fate. James had considered himself the same as a servant will be towards his master. He even though was the brother of Lord, never considered himself to be in similar level to Lord.

Give your heart to who owns it

Heart has 2 known aspects, one of it has link to the physical aspect of human body including veins, blood and others physical links to our body parts. The other aspect is the emotions which can be love, depression, happiness, anger, ego, compassion etc... Apart from these 2 know aspect let me also help you know a different aspect of Heart. This is about the link that we make with something apart from us (physically). If we try to see synonyms of the word Heart, we can see the word "Spirit" in that list. Spirit is something which is not visible but yet very important. What I am trying to highlight in this post is the relation of Heart and Spirit.

My son, give me your heart and let your eyes observe and delight in my ways,
[Proverbs 23:26]

Physical aspect of Heart is in control very easily, but the spiritual aspect of Heart has to be learned to be controlled. When our spirit is linked with someone or something then doesn't matter where it is or will be we will be linked to it always. Some people have their heart (spirit) linked to their job, so what we see for them is that doesn't matter where they will be they will be talking and thinking about their job and its related activities and planning. Unconsciously we will be linked to where our heart (spirit) will be attached.

Loving with no limit or boundary or condition

Have you been asked by anyone as to how much do you love them. I can recollect 3 scenarios which are common to everyone where had to face such question. These areas would be wife asking husband, kids asking their parents and Girlfriend to Boyfriend or vice verse  The scenarios are actually more than these which we all would have been experiencing. By asking such question the person asking the question expects an answer and knowingly unknowingly the answer has to be attached to a comparison  Many at times we by nature give answers to such question with a comparison attached. This kind of response is natural as with such a comparison we can see the difference and justify our answers.

I in them and You in Me, in order that they may become one and perfectly united, that the world may know and [definitely] recognize that You sent Me and that You have loved them [even] as You have loved Me.
[John 17:23]

All these kind of expressions of LOVE, expressed, asked and answered has a limit which is very visible, and there are very rare incidents where we see this limit being crossed over. Secondly when we say we love someone and the extent to which we love, then what come with that is to prove what we had said especially the extent which we had expressed. Proving what we say at time becomes tough because of the scenario that come around and weaken our approach or dedication towards our effort to prove what we had said.

Introduction - Book of James Series 1

Introduction to the Book of James

James, the brother of Jesus had written this book and hence is called the author of the Book of James. Book of James is a book found among the New Testament Books. New Testament books were written after the arrival of the Christ Jesus, and talks about the ministry work started by him and which was followed by his disciples and their disciples. James got his motivation directly from his brother (Christ Jesus). James in this book gives a great emphasis on the concept of FAITH.

When we read the book of John, we can see that its mentioned that brothers of Jesus had not believed on Jesus (John 7:2-5). Probably at some point in his life, when he realized Jesus to be our Savior, he changed his attitude and started believing on him. This book highlights the guidelines and acts which should be followed by all believers. This book is not addressed to any particular group of people, but meant as a general teaching for all believers (Jewish christian at the time James wrote).

The way of the Lord is perfect, Way of Lord is strength to the upright

The way of the LORD is a refuge for the righteous, but it is the ruin of those who do evil.
[Proverbs 10:29]

Path or way are very important in life as it help us travel to a destination. We have see many way in our life and possible traveled in a lot by now.. All these are physical ways, but apart from the physical ways that we had seen there are many other which are not visible but are equally effective as the physical ones... These are not the visible kind of ways, as the roads or highways etc... Even though there is difference when compared to the visibility of the 3 kind mentioned above and those which we see and travel regularly, there are many common factors, and this post will help highlight those which effect our life directly.

The way of the Lord is perfect, Way of Lord is strength to the upright. There are 3 kinds of path / way mentioned in the Bible, and all these are available in the book of Proverbs.

Way of the Sin is Darkness

Darkness... a thought of this will make us run for finding some source of light. Have you ever walked on a path pr road which is totally dark. I assume the answer would be YES.. for many of us. Darkness symbolizes or can be related to human emotions like fear, agony, suffering and pain. One common aspect among all these is that none of this is a good act or emotion to be experienced in life. We will never want any of these to me attached to our lives. Darkness is not liked by any, and this is one thing that we always try to take off.

But the way of the wicked is like deep darkness; they do not know what makes them stumble.
[Proverbs 4:19]

Darkness comes when the source of light goes.. this is not a new information for anyone, but yet a strong and powerful thought to be understood, and compared to similar instance in our life, when our lives go through dark or darkness phase. How or why does light go from a place, which make darkness cover the area... ? One reason is manually knowingly taking off light, and other scenario is when light goes without us knowing possibly through some external involvement. Whatever is the case, one thing is sure that with light gone, darkness will certainly come in our life, both physically and spiritually.

Way of the Righteous

The path of the righteous is like the first gleam of dawn, shining ever brighter till the full light of day.
[Proverbs 4:18]

Light signifies purity, freshness, energy, blessings etc... When talking about dawn, we can think about sun and the brightness and freshness it brings to nature. New day comes through light and with this light the darkness from the previous night is taken off. Sun enlightens nature and all its system and all in it. It renews earth and helps life to sustain. Seeds and seasons to pass. All these can happen only if the sun comes with its light and energy. Sun has no value if it looses its light. Can we imagine a sun with no light, as with no sun there will be total darkness and then how can we expect darkness to remove darkness. With sun with its light and energy how can the life on this earth be sustained and nature be blessed. Now this said, if we try to understand the verse in context it is trying to say that the path or way of the righteous is like the first gleam of dawn, i.e. its like the shining light of the rising sun.

In Christ, we are a New Creation

Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation, old things have gone the new has come
[2Corinthians 5:17]

New always has a value over old and usually more cares and pampered. This is a normal human nature towards new. Secondly all new stuff looks more fresh and renewed, more clean and approachable. When we expect anything new we go for a physical verification or confirmation. This physical confirmation is based on our 5 senses, which again is a human nature as we are made to feel and experience through our senses. This nature will in turn avoid us from experiencing things which are new but cannot be experiences by our physical senses.

One example is happiness, we cannot experience happiness through any of our senses... its a change that we feel within us yet with no physical verification. The result of acknowledging this new in us will help us change our attitude towards a situation. If we are sorrow and dull in life which again cannot be verified by our senses can result in our physical nature changed to a negative aspect.

Who was Moses

Moses's story can be found in the book of Exodus, where we can see initially Pharaoh  worried about Israelite  and in response to his worry and to stop the growth and take control on the Israelite  order all newborn Hebrew boys to be killed. Taking this order his soldiers went out killing all new born babies. In the mean time we can see the birth of Moses, who was born to Amram, a member of the Levite tribe of Israel descended from Jacob, and his wife, Jochebed. Moses had one older sister, Miriam, and one older brother, Aaron. When Moses was born, his mother tried to keep him far from the soldiers who were after all new born babies. Soon it was time when it was not possible to keep the child safe in home, so she had to plan her to be moved to a different place. She came up with the plan where she set him adrift on the Nile River in a small craft of bulrushes coated in pitch. His sister was asked to keep a watch on the basket.

This basket moved and reached a place where Pharaoh's daughter was bathing with her handmaidens. She saw the basket near her and when she open the basket she found a baby boy. She took him and named him Moses, because she drew him out of the water. After this we see Moses living in the palace with his brother Ra-messes (Pharaoh's daughter's son). He learned all that a prince will learn and got skilled in all that he could from the Pharaoh's teachers.

This is my commandment... Love each other

My command is this: Love each other in the same way I loved you.
John 15:12

Who was Joseph

Starting life of Joseph
Joseph was the 11th of Jacob's 12 sons and Rachel's firstborn and we can find the story of Joseph being mentioned in the book of Genesis. In summary Joseph was loved by his father more than he loved his other children. His brothers because of jealous sold him as slave and told their father that Joseph was killed by wolves. Joseph reaches Egypt and with the grace of God, he slowly start getting recognization and get to the palace and finally becomes the second most powerful person after  Pharaoh. In the end we see Joseph joining back with his parents and brothers.

Joseph was the son of Jacob and Rachel. He lived in the land of Canaan with 11 brothers and one sister. He was also Rachel's firstborn son. Jacob loved Joseph more than his other children. In the Bible we can also see Jacob gifting Joseph with a "long coat of many colors" which was very beautiful. This favoritism toward Joseph caused his brothers to hate him, and they started think how to avoid him from family. When Joseph was seventeen years old he had two dreams and the interpretation made his brothers more angry towards him.

Who was Abraham

Abraham is one of the biblical patriarchs and a major character in the epic of the Israelites. We can find about him in the Old Testament within the chapter 11-25 of the Book of Genesis. Terah, the tenth in descent from Noah, fathered Abram. Abraham was earlier called Abram, it was later he was called Abraham which means “father of many nations”, and his wife Sarai becomes Sarah. He has a very important role in the mission of God and the blessing we all are receiving now.

He is taken as an example when taking about life of people who had lead a close relationship and friendship with God the Father. In the New Testament Abraham is described as a man of faith. According to the book of Genesis, Abraham belong to a big family who had their own business and properties... At the age of 75, Abram, obeying God's command, took his wife Sarai, and his household and traveled from Haran to Shechem in Canaan.

Who is Jesus

Jesus Christ, also referred to as Jesus of Nazareth, is the son God and is the central figure of Christianity. Bible has two main divisions, Old Testament and New Testament. Old Testament keeps referring about a Savior who was to come to save us and the New Testament talks about the birth and works which confirmed the prophecies and references which were made in the Old Testament. Jesus Christ is the base of the New Testament. Christians hold Jesus (Jesus Christ) to be the awaited Messiah of the Old Testament and refer to him as Jesus Christ or simply as Christ or Jesus or Emmanuel.

Jesus was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of a virgin, performed miracles, taught about salvation, spoke in parables to people, died sacrificially by crucifixion to achieve atonement, rose from the dead, and ascended into heaven, from which he will return in the end times. Jesus came to this world for us and our salvation  He came to show the way for us to attain eternal life, which was not available in the Old Testament. This new experience of being in Jesus Christ is also called being Born Again.

Lord is Good to all and he has Good plans for us

For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.
[Jeremiah 29:11]

We all know God is our creator and being the creator he should be having plans with making us come to this world. When we think of plans, the way and purpose of planning  we should not compare it with the way planning is done by us. We make plans with a self in mind. We also plan for others, usually whom we know, just because that person is close to us or we consider ourselves close to them. Here if if we are planning for others we have a self in mind. But when we are trying to understand the plans made by our creator, we should first erase all thoughts we have about planning and the concept behind it. This is because if we try to understand plans of God with our SELF in mind we may not be able to completely understand the purpose of those plans.

If anyone is in Christ... He is a new creation

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come.
2 Corinthians 5:17
