Ask in complete faith, with no wavering or doubting - Book of James Series 7

Ask and you receive. The context of this verse is in continuation to the earlier verse which says "If any of you is deficient in wisdom, let him ask of the giving God [Who gives] to everyone liberally and ungrudgingly, without reproaching or faultfinding, and it will be given him." In the earlier post I had already explained the context and the details of this particular verse where it’s asking those who feel they are deficient in wisdom and they will receive. Ask and you receive. This is a very simple text to read and understand but to receive it in our life we have to check and understand the base verse of this post. The first step as per Bible (Word of God) to receive wisdom is for us to ASK, and the next step is from God, who gives …, to everyone liberally and ungrudgingly, without reproaching or faultfinding. There is no discrimination of being a pastor or a members or a normal person.

Only it must be in faith that he asks with no wavering (no hesitating, no doubting). For the one who wavers (hesitates, doubts) is like the billowing surge out at sea that is blown hither and thither and tossed by the wind. For truly, let not such a person imagine that he will receive anything [he asks for] from the Lord,
[James 1:6-7]

EVERYONE can receive this blessing from God. Although anyone in this world is eligible to receive wisdom and for that in instance anything good in life, to see it visible in our life and attitude we have to have a very important behavior or it can be kind of a response to receive, what God had assigned for you.

"Only it must be in faith that he asks" this is the starting text of the verse and where we see that people who ask with complete faith will receive the revelation of the blessing of God in their life. Faith is to believe what we do see or feel. Saying I am healed by the stripes of the Lord, even when we don’t see a physical healing is faith, trusting we will reach our destination even when we see issues and problems around us, is faith, believing Lord Jesus is a living God and is there always with us to keep us safe and provide us with what we  want is faith. Faith is the language of God. It is through faith that we talk to God and understand and receive his replies.

Without faith it’s like asking and doubting if we will get what we prayed. Having this thought is the starting of failure and the taking the next step going far from what we were supposed to receive. It’s we who delays the blessing and our prayers beings not answered, or late or never. God answers all prayers... sometimes YES and sometimes No. It’s how we interpret with our faith in us making the response a blessing or a curse for us. These are not an easy message to be absorbed but as bible says, those who are not strong in faith should not imagine that he will receive anything.

Lord is Grace...
